  • How do I add my membership card to Apple Wallet?
    You will receive an email about adding your membership card in Apple Wallet. To add your membership card to Apple Wallet: Open the email, click the ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ button, Click ‘Add’ on the top right-hand corner where it shows your membership card, your membership card has now been added to your Apple Wallet
  • How do I use my membership card in Apple Wallet?
    Once you’ve added your digital card in Apple Wallet, using your iPhone or Apple Watch you should follow these steps as you arrive at the door: Double Tap the side button or hold your phone up to the reader to open the membership in wallet, Tap your iPhone/Apple Watch on the reader. You’re in – Enjoy the Club!
  • If I put my membership card in Apple Wallet, what does that mean?
    Changing from a physical membership card to a digital membership card accessed via Apple Wallet will mean that you can get through the entry gates at reception by tapping you iPhone or Apple Watch rather than your physical card.
  • Do I need internet or Bluetooth to use my Apple Wallet pass?
    No. Apple Wallet uses NFC, so you do not need Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or cellular service to unlock the door.
  • Is this secure?
    Yes. Apple Wallet uses secure encryption and device-level authentication. Only your enrolled device can access the door with your pass.
  • Can I share my Apple Wallet pass with someone else?
    No. Apple Wallet passes are tied to your Apple ID and cannot be forwarded or shared for security reasons.
  • How do I add my access pass to Google Wallet?
    Open the email or link provided by your Club, tap “Save to Google Wallet,” and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Can I unlock doors without unlocking my phone?
    Yes, if Express Mode is enabled for the pass. Otherwise, your phone will need to be unlocked to use the pass.
  • Do I need to open the Wallet app to use my pass?
    No. As long as NFC is enabled and the pass is saved to your Google Wallet, simply hold your phone near the reader.
  • My Apple/Google Wallet pass isn’t scanning at the door. What should I check?
    Make sure NFC is enabled on your phone, your screen is awake, and your pass is active in your Wallet. Also ensure you’re holding the device close to the reader for 1–2 seconds.
  • Why does my phone say “Not valid for this location” when I tap it?
    This typically means your access has expired or your pass is not authorized for that door. Contact the front desk or support to verify your access level.
  • My pass disappeared from Apple/Google Wallet. How do I get it back?
    Try checking your Wallet app’s archived or expired section. If not found, re-download the pass from the original email or contact the front desk for support.
  • Can I reinstall the pass if it stops working?
    Yes. Delete the current pass and re-add it using the original link or contact support for a new activation link.
